VICRYL® 8-0 W9577 is a sterile, synthetic, absorbable braided surgical suture made from polyglactin 910. It is violet in color and designed for delicate soft-tissue approximation. The product has a 30 cm suture length and is supplied with a BV-1, 3/8-circle taper-point needle (9.3 mm). Ethicon lists 12 sutures per box.
