How to Use:
- Sit upright with your back supported and feet flat on the ground. Do not cross your legs.
- Place your arm on a table, palm facing up, at heart level and well supported.
- Wrap the cuff snugly around your bare upper arm at heart level and well. Avoid placing it over clothing.
- Ensure the air tube runs along the inner side of your arm, aligned with the middle finger.
- Press the start button. Remain still and silent until the reading finishes.
- Write down the reading and time.
